Advertisements

Ads and reality are like antonyms. Dont agree?? Well pick an ad at random…Lets start with the Deodrants…Man you see this most nerdy guy that you might ever seen(I sometimes wonder that how do they manage to make such a handsome dude look so bad??!!)who goes unnoticed by all d hot bod females…and then he like literally bathes in deo…dude.!!If I sprayed that much deo on me in a day I don’t know about the girls but im sure I will get asthama or bronchitis! Anyways so continuing…n boy then is suddenly surrounded by all the hottest girls…Believe me I tried this and nothing happens. What happens is that You loose a few people who were actually standing beside you…Not satislfied still?? Well lets then choose the cosmetics…esp the fairness cream ads…the girl or boy seems like they have grease rubbed all over them and in three weeks they are shining as if they have been bleached!!Man if such were the case then America wouldnt be having its first ”black” prez..The shampoo advertisements are not far away…evry now and then there is this “new” shampoo wid zpto,abc,xyz technology in it…It seems like nation is spending more on these R&D than defence..if the older shampoo of theirs promised to remove the dandruff what is it still doing in my head?? The only thing that has gone is my hair…maybe that is their stategy…A guy jumps from building, another one gives his friends a run just to drink a soft drink!! Dude!! Why cant you just go out to the shop and buy a soft drink?? And what is the best part?? Every and any ad gotta have Sexy girls…be it anything…even some children’s product!! Are they enticing people to buy the product or the girl??

Ad makers get more creative for god’s sake! What do you think we people are?? Ads are what people connect to, what makes them buy a product not just show whatever you feel like or some scantily clad girl. So all you people who see all the random ads without a thought…Analyze This!

i agree bt nt completely..i guess dere r do sum adddat sends sum msg...for e.g dat "jaago re" campaign.
n als sum like dose of idea are a blend of creativity as well as message(of unity)...so v cnt blame d whole concpt of ads...maybe sum (or large) part..bt not the hollistic grp!
